After your FREE consultation and FREE 1-to-1 taster session at your home, if you’re happy to move forward, you can choose from three flexible personal training packages designed to suit your goals and budget.

No problem. We have a
PAY-AS-YOU-GO option for £35 per session or
sign up to
4 sessions for a month for £120 (works out at £30 per session).

Weights & Cardio Training​

Boxercise Sessions​​

If you love high-energy training, this one’s for you. Boxercise combines boxing techniques with intense fitness drills to improve stamina, speed and power. Each session includes:

 

  • Boxing combinations

  • Pad and bag work

  • Cardio punch drills

  • Light sparring

  • Core and conditioning

Learn how to punch with proper technique, improve your fitness, and build serious mental and physical discipline.

MMA Training

Take your training further with Mixed Martial Arts sessions led by experienced coaches. Develop real combat skills while boosting strength, confidence and self-defence ability. You’ll learn:

Online Coaching

Can’t always make it to the gym or not convenient to train at your home on a particular day? No Problem. We provide online coaching plans, workout guides and check-ins to keep you moving forward wherever you are.

 

Training for Kids | Boxing & MMA

Discipline, fitness and fun – We specialise in introducing young people to the foundations of boxing and MMA. Through safe, structured sessions, kids learn self-defence, build confidence, improve coordination, and develop respect for themselves and others.

Group & Partner Sessions

Prefer training with a friend or small group? We offer partner and group sessions that bring motivation, accountability, and energy, while still keeping the workouts effective and personalised.
